postage if you would like your submission returned to you (an I.R.C. if overseas).
Manuscripts and diskettes without the appropriate sized envelope and
sufficient postage will not be returned. Submissions can be
sent via e-mail, but must be in the body of the message, and sent to this address
with the word 'Submission' in the subject field. Computer diskettes can be sent by post but the submission must be in plain text. We encourage both beginner and veteran writers to submit their material.
All hardcopy submissions should be double-spaced with a one-inch (approx.)
margin around the page. Pages should be numbered and include the author's name in either the header or footer. A covering letter should also be submitted detailing appropriate personal information, description of submission plus word length, any publishing credits, and your Australian Business Number or a Statement By A Supplier (if residing in Australia; reason for not quoting an A.B.N. to an enterprise - e.g. private recreational pursuit or hobby), to receive the full payment. Paramount Publishing can send this form to you with any contracts. All electronic submissions should include the above details at the beginning of the document. Emails with no contact information will be deleted.
Please keep a copy of everything that you submit as we cannot
guarantee the return of your material. All payment amounts
offered below may be altered to reflect word length. We offer a
non-exclusive licence to purchase a one-time only electronic
publication of the copyright owner's work; copyright is retained
by the owner. Also archival rights at our web site, with instant
removal at the copyright owners request. Allow an eight-week
approximate turn around of material. All payment amounts are
issued by Australian cheque or an equivalent amount in US
dollars via PayPal.com.

Length up to 1,000 words. Payment is up to $50.00 on acceptance.
Personal Essays - A strong, thoughtful, first-person essay of 250-500 words,
relating to writing. May be humorous, philosophical or motivational.
Payment is $12.50 - $25.00 on acceptance.
