What Do I Get For Free?
Our free standard subscription (Standard Subscriber) includes the fortnightly ezine, the articles database, the fiction showcases and the lite version of the character name generator. We may add more free features in the future. 
Why Should I Upgrade?
Upgrading allows you full access to the web site (Premium Subscriber). This includes the databases, software, ebooks, a public profile and other features that are not available to standard free subscribers. Basically anything that you need to log in for. More details can be found at our UPGRADE PAGE.
How Do I Log In?
If you have upgraded your subscription you will have received a username and password. Simply press the 'Login' button on our main page and you will be prompted to input these details into the login boxes. It is usually best to 'copy & paste' your username and password into the login boxes to avoid errors. (N.B. your username should be in lower case and not contain any blank spaces, your password may be a mix of numbers and letters with some being in lower and upper case, hence the suggestion to always 'copy & paste'.)

What If I've Lost My Password?
If you have lost your password simply fill in the 'Lost Password' section on our login page. You will be asked to input your username or email address, and your password will be emailed to you if you are a Premium Subscriber.
